Fairley & Scott

We are a full service general practice law firm with two lawyers. We practice all areas of law including corporate and commercial matters, residential and commercial real estate and development, civil litigation, family law, wills and estates. Our specialties include land development (both municipal and rural), water disputes, business acquisitions, lending and construction litigation and liens. We provide flexible, responsive services supported by knowledgeable and friendly staff. We are open 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday and can make other arrangements if necessary. We can arrange to meet with clients with disabilities in off site locations as necessary.
