Development Cost Charge (DCC) Bylaw Review Thurs Feb 16, 6:30-8:30

The Town of Golden is undertaking a review of its Development Cost Charge (DCC) Bylaw, and is looking for feedback.  On Thursday, February 16th we will be hosting an Open House from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.at the Town Hall’s council chambers.  The Open House will present an opportunity for community members and stakeholders to review and comment on the proposed DCC rates and converse with staff and consultants about the project. Please find the attached notification and resources surrounding DCCs.  We look forward to your input on Thursday evening.
