Employment Opportunity - General Manager

Changes have been made to the General Manager position and the posting has been extended to May 19, 2017.

After 12 years as the Manager of the Kicking Horse Country Chamber of Commerce, Ruth Hamilton has given notice to leave the KHCCC effective May 31, 2017.


“I love my position here but time has come to move on and find new challenges.” Ruth explained to the KHCCC Board of Directors “First off I am very excited to take the next year off from employment to pursue some extended personal travel goals.”


“I would like to thank the KHCCC Board of Directors and members of the KHCCC for the support and the opportunities that you have provided me during the last 12 years.” says Ruth Hamilton. “I have truly enjoyed my tenure with the Kicking Horse Country Chamber of Commerce and I am more than grateful for the encouragement I have received from everyone throughout the last 12 years.”


The Chamber is currently searching for a talented, forward thinking individual to hold the position of General Manager with a track record of providing vision and strategic leadership within a complex and dynamic environment. Relationships with the members, partners, and governments are fundamental to the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives.
