Public Notice - Open House – Development Cost Charge Bylaw Review

The Town of Golden is undertaking a review of its Development Cost Charge (DCC) Bylaw, which includes updating its rates and associated issues. Our engineering consultants have prepared a draft background report summarizing the analysis including population and growth projections, engineering programs, draft calculations and proposed new rates, and some specific policy recommendations. Town Council would like your input. Come to our open house on this subject: Thursday, February 16th 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Town Hall, Council Chambers Our staff and engineering consultants will be on hand to explain what DCC’s are all about and get your feedback.
